Refund Policy

1. Overview

ParPilot.io strives to deliver exceptional value through our enterprise partnership management platform. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and how to request them. Our goal is to be fair and transparent in all billing matters.

2. Free Trial

All Starter and Growth plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period:

  • No payment information is required
  • Full platform access is provided
  • You may cancel at any time without charge
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration for potential reactivation

Professional and Enterprise plan trials are arranged through a personalized demo and custom agreement.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. There are no pro-rated refunds for partial months.
  • Downgrade: You may downgrade to a lower tier at any time, effective at the next billing cycle.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • 30-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you may request a full refund.
  • After 30 Days: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 30-day satisfaction period. Access continues through the end of the annual term.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel renewal at any time. Your access continues through the end of the paid annual period.

5. Enterprise Plans

Refund terms for Enterprise plan customers are governed by the individual Enterprise Agreement negotiated between ParPilot and the customer organization. Please refer to your Enterprise Agreement for specific refund and cancellation terms.

6. Circumstances for Refunds

Outside of our standard policy, refunds may be granted at ParPilot's discretion for:

  • Significant platform downtime exceeding our stated SLA that directly impacted your operations
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Charges made after a confirmed cancellation request
  • Technical failures that rendered core features inaccessible for an extended period

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@parpilot.io with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and organization name
  3. Provide the reason for the refund request
  4. Attach any relevant documentation or screenshots

Our billing team will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Professional services and custom implementation fees
  • Training and onboarding session fees
  • Add-on features purchased separately
  • Overage charges for exceeding plan limits
